Critical: High-Stakes Nature
By using BetForHabit, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily entering into a high-stakes accountability contract. You understand that if you fail to meet the challenge requirements, your stake will be forfeited. This is a non-negotiable system designed for discipline.
1. Staking and Payouts
- Users deposit capital (stakes) to enter specific habit challenges.
- The stake is held in trust for the duration of the challenge.
- Successful completion of a challenge results in the return of the stake plus any consistency rewards/dividends.
- All payments are processed via our authorized payment partners.
2. Proof & Fraud System
Integrity is the core of BetForHabit. Our Verification System is absolute:
Automatic Termination Events:
- Submission of false or doctored images/proofs.
- Using AI-generated evidence.
- Missing a daily proof submission deadline.
- Multiple attempts to bypass verification logic.
Identified fraud results in immediate challenge termination and loss of the entire stake. No refunds will be provided for fraudulent submissions.
3. Challenge Termination
A challenge is deemed "Lost" if the user fails to provide verifiable proof within the allocated timeframe for any single day of the challenge duration (unless otherwise specified in the challenge rules).
4. Resolution of Disputes
In the event of a technical failure on our platform that prevents proof submission, users must contact within 2 hours of the event. Our team will review system logs and, if verified as a platform error, reset the day's requirement. Decision by the BetForHabit moderation team is final.
