• Identity Data: Basic profile information provided during Sign-In via Clerk.
• Financial Metadata: Transaction histories related to stakes and payouts (processed securely via payment gateways).

2. Verification Proofs

Your submitted proofs (photos/data) are used solely for habit verification purposes. These are stored securely and are only accessible by our automated verification systems or authorized support staff in case of disputes.

Note: By submitting a photo as proof, you grant BetForHabit a limited right to process and analyze that image for the purpose of validating challenge completion.

3. Data Retention

We retain your challenge data for as long as your account is active. Proof images are archived 30 days after a challenge concludes to maintain system performance while allowing for dispute resolution.
